baker's man

it's true, i used to bake cookies for boys that i liked in high school. hook, line & sinker, right? c has been teasing that i never made him cookies, and unfortunately he's right. i don't have any excuse to why he never got a batch! we've been together this long and still hadn't baked cookies together, so we gave it a try this weekend.

we did a variation of this recipe, which is a game changer for sure. you must try it. 

 we had enough ingredients to make two batches, so a few lucky recipients will get a sweet valentine treat from us. 

valentine's day is such a fun holiday. i already bought c's gift, i can't wait to give it to him this friday. we still need to make plans for that night, any ideas?
